How we compare
Booking is free, deposits are free, and the software is free. We are paid only when The Chair introduces you to somebody new. Here is how that sits against what you may already be paying for.

Live on the App Store, and the web app works in any browser with nothing to install. Google Play is on the way.
View on the App StoreBurgundyBlend vs Fresha
Fresha takes a percentage of the new clients its marketplace sends you. We charge a flat amount, so the fee does not grow when your prices do.

BurgundyBlend vs Square Appointments
Square is scheduling and payments software. It does not go and find you clients. We are a discovery marketplace, and the calendar is the part that comes after.

The actual product
Discovery first, with the whole shop included
You are not choosing between being found and being run.
The Chair
Short clips of real work, each carrying that professional's next free slot. Customers see the work and book it.
Your whole shop
Calendar, staff, availability, deposits, payouts, reviews and revenue reporting. Included, at no cost, on every plan.
Does being on a marketplace cost me my own clients?
It is the fair question to ask, and our answer is in what we charge. You get your own branded storefront, your own link and QR codes, and clients you bring yourself are free forever, however many times they rebook. We are paid only when The Chair puts you in front of somebody new. A platform that takes a percentage of every booking, or a monthly fee whether it sends you anyone or not, is charging you for the clients you already had.
How to compare properly
Do not take our word for any of it. Three things worth checking on whatever you use today.
01
Count what a new client costs
Take your three most expensive services and work out the fee on each. A percentage and a flat amount look similar until the price goes up.
02
Separate your own clients out
How many of last month's bookings were people you brought yourself? Then check what you paid on them.
03
Add us and watch
Listing is free and there is no monthly fee, so you can run us alongside whatever you use and compare what each one actually sends you.
Try it alongside what you use
Free to list, free to take bookings. We only charge when we bring you somebody new.
